Our Privacy Commitment

CityGate Atlanta is committed to protecting the privacy of its shareholders and visitors to our website. The personal information you share with CityGate Atlanta will be used to support the administration and management of ministries, delivery of services and maintaining programs offered by CityGate Atlanta. We protect the personal information and adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy.

Why Does CityGate Atlanta Gather Personal Information?

Personal information is any information that identifies you as an individual. CityGate Atlanta collects personal information for a variety of purposes, such as:

  • CityGate Atlanta Shareholder listings & Ministry Participation
  • CityGate Atlanta Shareholder Directories,

• Training & Equipping for development of shareholders and participants;

• Program and service registration, administration and delivery;

• Pastoral Care and prayer support; and

• Ministry administration (tithing, offerings, payments owing, etc.)

How Does CityGate Atlanta ensure privacy protections?

We collect, use and disclose personal information only for the purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate for the administration and management of a ministry organization.

Access to your personal information is on a "need to know" basis. We inform our ministry personnel and volunteers of the importance of protecting your personal information. We will also advise all ministry volunteers that personal information obtained during their service cannot be used for any purposes other than authorized ministry.

We will maintain adequate physical, procedural and electronic security with respect to offices and information storage facilities (e.g. filing cabinets) so as to protect personal information against such risks as unauthorized access, use, disclosure or destruction.

Tithing and Offering Information

Access to information regarding your tithes and offerings to CityGate Atlanta is restricted to: the approved volunteers who collect and count the offerings; the Assigned Leadership Team Staff  for processing your income tax receipts; the professional accounting firm who handles the records; and the Treasurer who signs the offering tax receipts.

You have the right to request access to information about your tithes and offerings. However, you do not have the right to access tithing/offering information to other identifiable CityGate Atlanta members without their written consent. CityGate Atlanta Church is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. The personal information you share with CityGate Atlanta will be used to support the administration and management of ministries, delivery of services and maintaining programs offered by CityGate Atlanta. We protect the personal information and adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy.

 

Product Return & Refund Policy: 

Defective products may be returned for an exchange within 15 days. Please bring your receipt and defective merchandise to CityGate Atlanta, meeting at 3147 Chamblee-Tucker Road, Atlanta, GA 30341, before or after our weekly gatherings on Sunday or Tuesday evening for an exchange or full refund. Due to the nature of our products, only defective materials may be returned. Opened or nondefective resources are not refundable.

 

Online Giving Return Policy:

No refunds are allowed when a contribution is made through CityGate Atlanta's online giving process.

 

Event & Ticket Return/Refund Policy:

Refunds or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event time unless otherwise specified. Events, Conferences, Seminars, or programs may be non-refundable or require non-refundable deposits; details will be posted online, in print materials, and/or at point of purchase/registration for each event.

To request a refund, please call the CityGate Atlanta Office at (404) 910-5426 and leave a voice mail (these will be answered within 24 hours) or send an email to citygateatlanta2011@gmail.com.  Please include the event name, number of tickets/registrations, form of payment (cash, check, debit/credit card) and the name of the person registered for the event in the request. Also include your complete contact information so we can respond to your request. Thank you!
